I’ve been using this custom-made sports mouthguard for Jiu-Jitsu and couldn’t be happier. I come back to Ian at least every two years to get a new one fitted. I’ve tried mouthguards from other places before, but they were so uncomfortable I couldn’t use them for long. Ian’s mouthguards are extremely comfortable and stay securely in place — they never come out, even during intense rolling. They offer great protection without feeling bulky or affecting breathing. On top of that, Ian is incredibly kind, patient, and professional, which makes the whole experience even better. Highly recommend to anyone training Martial arts and looking for a high-quality, custom-fit mouthguard.

Alpha dental are amazing, Sophia was very informative while going through each process. A very calm and friendly atmosphere for anybody, especially if you deal with anxiety or get a bit nervous going to dentists. Highly recommend!

Stumbled upon Alpha Dental when requiring an unexpected tooth repair, and was glad I did! Dr Sophia is friendly, gentle, and clearly explains every aspect of treatment. I’ve also taken my children for a checkup and found her very pleasant with kids, as well as honest in what is and isn’t needed. The practice is clean, modern, and tidy. Highly recommend!

I had a really great experience with this dentist. From the moment I walked in, the place felt calm and welcoming — the music, the atmosphere, everything just put me at ease. She explained every step clearly and never rushed anything, which I really appreciated. What stood out most was how genuinely accommodating and patient she was.
